Frequently Asked Questions

Do you travel for destination shoots or events?

Yes, absolutely. I’m available for travel both locally and internationally. Travel and lodging fees may apply depending on location, but I’m always open to discussing ways to make it work if you have a specific destination in mind.

2. How long does it take to receive my photos or video?

Turnaround time really depends on the project. Most sessions are delivered within 24 hours to 5 business days, and larger shoots or events usually take around 1–2 weeks. I’ll always keep you updated on progress.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A deposit is required to secure your date. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date as long as it’s available. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session may forfeit the deposit since that time is held specifically for you.

4. Can I get the raw photos or footage?

Raw photos are only provided for preview and selection purposes. They aren’t meant for download or posting since they don’t reflect the final Aceviews quality. For raw video footage, it can be included for an additional fee depending on the project size and delivery format.
